One massive advantage of being on the X Factor audition tour is that you get to go on girls' nights out with Tulisa. And Caroline Flack did just that this weekend - look, here she is, on that very night out.

She looked lovely, in her ankle boots and LBD, and Tulisa looked hot, with a mini dress and some prominent boob.

But while Caroline, who presents Xtra Factor, headed on the night out with X Factor judge Tulisa, she didn't leave with Tulisa - she left with a MAN. Yeah, that's right. And a celebrity one too - HI NOEL FIELDING.

Caroline was spotted heading out of Movida with Noel Fielding, after a night out with Tulisa and some mates in London.

Tulisa had earlier tweeted 'Yes normality!night out with my daawwgs @GarethVarey @Abukjoseph @percyjonseda @LeonLennon Adam B n his boys if shes alive @carolineflack1'

Caroline replied that she was indeed alive, so the night out was on.

Tulisa went out for some food first with friends at Ping Pong, where we have been - it's tasty, we had a lovely little dumpling there - and then she met up with Caroline (and Noel) afterwards.
