Celebrities don't half like to change their minds. Last thing we heard, Nadine Coyle was far too busy trying to sound Irish again reuniting with her Girls Aloud bandmates to even think about having a relationship.
That was until Nadine tweeted Jesse to say that she was gutted not to be in the US, watching the new episodes of his TV show Dallas kick off this week.
"Congratulations @jessemetcalfe on your new show Dallas airing tonight," she tweeted. "I wish I was there to see it but the family are tuning in in LA.X"
Just incidentally, our families don't normally watch our ex-boyfriends on TV.
And not just because our ex-boyfriends aren't on TV.
Although that could be a contributing factor.

Now, although reports say that the couple tried and failed to reunite back in 2007 on a series of secret dates in the US, sources are saying that Nadine hasn't completely given up on Jesse, and has been trying to reignite things with him for months. Which is lovely. Particularly when you think about some of the things that Jesse said about the Girls Aloud singer following their break up back in 2006.
"Nadine could go in two directions. She could grow up or she could be a diva her whole life," he mused last year. "I have never grieved over our relationship. It was ruining my life, it was ruining my career. You should only be in a relationship if it adds to your life.
"She brought out a different side in me. When we broke up I was like, 'Get out of my house!' "She was so needy. I freaked out on her and I have never really spoken to her since."
Needy she may have been, but Nadine wasn't the one who got a tattoo of her partner's naked body on her arm . So we're not really going to comment.
Oh. And also it's Nadine's birthday today. We assume Jesse has at least bought her a cake / DM-ed her back.
