Italian One Direction fans want them to come to Italy, so they did a flash mob to prove it

One Direction might be touring the US right now on the Up All Night tour - and looking very American - but some fans in Italy really want the boys to come to their country for a gig.

Niall gets into the flash mob Mexican wave.

So, they organised a flash mob in Milan, dancing to some of One Direction's hits: That's What Makes You Beautiful, Up All Night and One Thing.

Watch the video below. It's er, not the best flash mob we've ever seen - the dance moves are a bit ropey to say the least - but it's very sweet. In fact, One Direction, if you're watching this: go! Look how much they love you! There's even an Irish flag so Niall Horan feels at home!

Maybe the fact it was raining put them off a bit, or it's why they all look a bit unsure about what moves they're doing. The Mexican wave bit's good though.

They say 500 fans turned up, but we think it's more like 200, maximum, plus parents watching carefully. We're sure that on a sunny day they'd easily get more. Weirdly, it's all girls dancing too.

So go on, One Direction - go to Italy! Maybe even do a flash mob of your own to say thank you.
