Jennifer Lopez may be really good at singing and dancing, but we tell you what, she's not very good at building sandcastles.

Look at that bucket - it's not even full - how is she going to get a decent structure out of that? She's not even on the wet sand - what is she trying to make, a sand waterfall? Madness.

J-Lo was snapped spending some quality time with her kids Max and Emme and boyfriend Casper Smart on the beach in Brazil yesterday, wearing a white halterneck bikini that showed off her impressive figure. Just look at those abs... humanah humanah.

While the twins were preoccupied with fixing their mum's mess in the sand, J-Lo was left entertaining 24 year old Casper - who looked like her teenage child with his skinhead and body board.

Those abs are something else. Just look at them. Mmm.

Casper Smart leaves us feeling cold. There's something too smug about this chap.

Fortunately, Jen's assistant keeps 21 spare pairs of leggings in her bag

If you're going to go out with someone half your age (not that Jen has aged a day over 12 years - check out evidence here), at least make sure they're super hot? We don't get this one at all.

After pulling on a pair of leggings and dropping the three kids off with a sitter, Jennifer was later seen shopping for scarves and whatnot as she wandered around the beach in Rio.

She's in the city as part of her Dance Again world tour, which is currently weaving its way through South America, before Jen heads to Europe in the Autumn. She'd better make the most of the Brazilian sunshine - we're not sure Casper will be so easy to entertain on the beach in Eastbourne.
