Yesterday we went along to Katie Price’s latest product launch, which involved her second line of underwear in the brightest neon pink we’ve ever seen in our entire life.

Being a model and all Katie doesn’t look half bad stripped down to her undercrackers, but apparently she hasn’t done any exercise for two months because of filming commitments with her next reality show AND had eaten a McDonalds before these pictures were taken AND had a fish and chip lunch winging its way to the press call as we spoke.

Yeah whatever, we can eat what we like too.

Still, Katie did have to sleep with Alex Reid â€" so she deserves a break somewhere we suppose and a metabolic one is a pretty good one.

Kate’s new man Leo was ordered to strip his clothes off and join her in the shoot, which he duly obliged with and this got us wondering if the queen of product placement had considered a his n’ hers line, you know, like the Beckhams.

“I won’t be doing any work with Leo â€" we work separate. But today, cos you was all here and originally I was gonna do a second outfit and I was gonna cast for a male model and do it all properly… but we never got time to do it cos of filming,” she told us firmly when we suggested the idea.  “But because you guys were here and I said, ‘well I could get Leo and because you all said ‘yeah’, I got him in the bed… That was quick wasn’t it?”

As well as telling Leo what to do in the bedroom, Katie has some words of advice for girls in the underwear department too.

Say what you like about Katie, but she knows a matching colour when she sees one

 

“I think it’s important for girls to have matching underwear, I’ve always said that anyway. And colourful and clean. I can’t stand it when people wear white bras and they’ve had it for so long it goes that dirty colour.”

We’ll admit to hiding behind someone at this point. What? We had an early start… it was dark.

“But you know, fresh, bright â€" I love bright colours. I ALWAYS wear matching underwear . In fact when I did Signed By Katie and we said to the girls ‘we want you to come in your underwear’, I couldn’t believe how many girls don’t wear matching underwear and it just put me straight off.

“I think it says a lot about a girl by their underwear.”
