When the third series of Made In Chelsea came to an end last month, Louise Thompson and Spencer Matthews had finally overcome all the drama and were a proper couple who hold hands and rub noses and stuff.
Fast forward a few weeks and, despite almost losing best mate Jamie Laing to win Louiseâs heart, Spencer announces that the pair had split up, because they were âarguing about petty thingsâ.
It then comes out that Spencer has decided to step back from Made In Chelsea to take part in Channel 5 reality show The Bachelor, which will see 24 women competing to become his girlfriend.
And what does Louise, 22, have to say about this? Well, naturally sheâs still in love with Spencer, thinks all the girls on The Bachelor are losers and reckons sheâll have her man back once heâs returned from filming the show abroad.
Um, has she met Spencer? Heâs going to be loving this!
But Louise told Reveal magazine: âWe may not be together in a physical sense, but thatâs only down to the fact that he isnât allowed to see me when heâs filming. But weâre still speaking everyday and I still love him.
âOfficially, we arenât together, but I wont get with anyone else.â
When asked whether she is bothered that Spencer signed up to do the Channel 5 show, Louise shrugged that she would do âThe Bachelorette if I got paid enoughâ. And despite the fact that the programme deliberately scouts out women whoâll be Spencerâs type, Louise doesnât reckon any of the girls will be competition.
She said: âI ask Spencer what heâs been up to. I know heâs kissed some of them, but I think itâs unlikely heâll fall in love with one of them. By the sounds of it, I donât have much to worry about at all. I think a couple of them work in strip clubs.â
Hey, strippers have feelings too.
Speaking of feelings, how will Louise feel when Spencer chooses his favourite girl from the bunch?
She said: âGod, I donât know. Thatâs the way the show works and if he does end up with someone he really likes, then heâll inevitably sleep with her. Then Iâll have to fully move on.â
Finally, Louise speaks some sense. Itâs going to be one long summer for this little pocket rocket.
